Morgan earned her B.A. in Foreign Affairs from UVA in 2026, with a focus on international conflict and U.S. national security policy. She currently supports UVA Sea Power through merchant fleet data collection in the Black Sea, Red Sea, and Strait of Hormuz, as well as research on Chinese naval diplomacy and the reemergence of commerce warfare. Her research interests include naval affairs, defense policy, and force modernization.
